1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Darts Scorer Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Darts Scorer Pro is an online darts scoring platform that allows players to track games, statistics, and compete against friends. A free trial and paid Pro subscription are available. The Service is provided by CodeFusion.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
- You must not share your account with others or create accounts for others without their consent.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or interfere with the proper operation of the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without prior written consent.
5. User Content
Any display names, usernames, or other content you submit must not be offensive, misleading, or in violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Camera & Media Features
Certain features (board camera streaming) require your device's camera. Camera access is only used for the purpose of streaming a live view within an active game session. Images may be temporarily stored as game snapshots. You may disable camera features at any time.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy
Darts Scorer Pro is built on fair competition. All players are expected to report scores accurately and play with integrity. The following policy applies to all online and ranked games.
Prohibited Conduct
- Falsifying or deliberately mis-entering scores during a game.
- Manipulating game outcomes through any technical means.
- Unsporting behaviour, including harassment or abuse of other players.
Reporting
Players may report suspected cheating or unsporting behaviour using the in-game 🚩 Report button. All reports are reviewed by the administration team, typically within 48 hours. Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms.
Strike System
Verified violations are handled through a progressive strike system:
- Strike 1 — Formal Warning: A written warning is issued to the account. No further action is taken at this stage.
- Strike 2 — Second Warning & Account Review: A second warning is issued. The account is placed under closer review for future activity.
- Strike 3 — 30-Day Ban & Membership Revoked: The account is banned for 30 days and any active Pro membership is suspended for the duration of the ban. The player may not use the Service during this period.
Immediate Bans
In cases of severe or repeat misconduct, the administration team reserves the right to issue an immediate ban without following the strike progression. Serious violations — including but not limited to systematic score fraud, platform abuse, or harassment — may result in a permanent account termination.
Appeals
If you believe a strike or ban has been applied in error, you may contact us via www.codefusionuk.com to request a review. We aim to respond to all appeals within 5 business days.
Reinstatement
Following a completed ban period, the account is automatically reinstated. Membership benefits are restored once the ban expires. Players who incur further violations after reinstatement may be subject to a permanent ban at the administration team's discretion.
