Darts Scorer Pro is designed and maintained by CodeFusion. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Service.

- Account data: username, display name, and a hashed (never plain-text) version of your password.
- Game data: scores, visit history, leg and set results, and statistics associated with your account.
- Camera snapshots: if the board camera feature is used, JPEG snapshots may be saved temporarily alongside game records for score verification purposes.
- Session data: a session cookie is used to keep you signed in across page loads.
3. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect email addresses or phone numbers.
- We do not store payment card details. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe, who act as the data controller for payment information. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the Service, including your game history and statistics.
- To authenticate you each time you sign in.
- To display game snapshots to the players involved in a match.
5. Camera & Media
Camera access is only requested in-browser when you actively enable the board camera feature within a game session. Camera streams are processed in real time and are not stored other than as optional individual-frame snapshots tied to a scored visit. You can opt out of the camera feature entirely at any time.
6. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in a secure SQLite database on the server. Passwords are stored as salted hashes — we never store or transmit plain-text passwords. Access to the server is restricted and all connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
7. Data Retention
Your account and associated game data remain on the Service for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us (see section 10).
8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
